We have an existing mini split already installed. Is this 3 sided or do I need to disconnect the lines to put it on? .

2 sided.. You do not need to disconnect the lines. Only the flex piece is solid 1 piece.

Can you install this kit on an preinstalled line set

Yes, but you'll probably need to push the line-set aside a bit to attach the covers to the wall. The screw-holes are on the center-line of the cover.

will all lines from indoor to outdoor fit? i have the pioneer wys024

The dimensions of the line cover kit were fine for my 3/4 ton units. For the unit in my shop, I ran the cover both inside and outside. I had to fabricate an escutcheon plate for the interior wall penetration. The inside run is adequate in appearance for the location, remembering that this is an inexpensive product. In a more refined setting, I'd recommend either fabricating a soffit or using one of the available commercial electrical gutters. If the tubing for your larger unit is too tight, you could relocate the condensate line outside the gutter.

What size pvc do i need for a four line split unit?
