Review: Excellent snowboarding wrist guards. - These wrist guards work great. These are the second pair I've bought. The first lasted near 20 years. They are low profile so they fit inside my mittens easily and are about as comfortable as wrist guards can be. They protect your palm and wrist well. Overall a great product.
Review: Awesome for falls as a first time snowboarder - I bought the size small (I wear women's size medium gloves) and put these under size large women's mittens for snowboarding so that I'd have pently of room. Worked great! Great support, maybe just a smidge tight but not noticeable once I got going, and actually kept my hands plenty warm. Wouldn't be able to wear these on top or below glove inserts. I fell one time without them on and instantly regretted it, so they went right on after that and I no longer worried about hurting my wrists.

Unless you are a pro, you MUST wear some type of wrist protection. I’m really comfortable on a surfboard and skateboard, so figured my first snowboarding day should be a breeze. But I got these just in case. I’m not exaggerating when I say I would have SNAPPED MY WRISTS like PRETZEL STICKS if it wasn’t for these wrist guards. Even a minor fall on hard packed ice will absolutely break your wrists. These bought me total peace of mind knowing I could beef it and not end up with 2 casts. I took some HARD falls and these totally held up and protected both of my wrists. Very low profile and fit comfortably as described according to dimensions. $20 vs hundreds of dollars in the ER.
