Amazon quickly had the order replaced (kudos). The colors a slightly less strong than the photos. Grip is comfortable and black ink is reasonable for an inexpensive ballpoint but definitely less dark than a gel. Colors seem to have different pricing, at the time the two tone green was the most affordable. Click mechanism is medium pressure and is unusual with lower cost pens the ink cartridge is clear when you open the pen. This is very nice particulalry if you are wondering if you are about to run out of ink. The pen disassemble with a midbody unscrew location - many threads (8) which is unusual but makes for a very solid attachment. The spring is what I call a double, so it appears as two joined in the midd.le (see photo). This is sometimes done for longer springs for support and strength (firmer). Writing is smooth without some heavy handed pressure sometimes required with ballpoints.
