Nothing like using the real thing !
I started my electronics career back in the early 79's I used soder wick brand back in those days and it worked great ! Still works great today. Beware of knock offs, tyhey don't work nearly as well as the original !

Falls apart
Idk if mine was too old or what but it falls apart way too easy and doesn’t absorb solder how it’s supposed to.
