WowWee Untamed Legends Dragon - Vulcan (Dark Blue) - Interactive Toy

My son got an Untamed Fingerling for his birthday and he already had the exact same one. So we returned it and got this one for the same price. He plays with it constantly and loves it. The wings come unattached pretty easily and are hard for him to get back on but Mom is much faster now at reattaching. I would take a star off for that but the wings haven’t broke, the dragon is very interactive, and he still loves it just as much 6 mo later.

My granddaughter received this as a gift a couple of Christmases ago, and loved it to the point where the wings have detached. It still roars and moves, but looked a bit gnarly. I bought her this one, but she didn't replace the first, now she plays with them together. The only downside is the packaging. It is very tightly zip tied all over, and that's after you figure out how to open the box. Took me almost 20 minutes just to get it loose.

Granddaughter loves all things dragon and saw this in a store back in the summer and wanted it very much. So I told her she would have to wait till Christmas. Well she does love it a lot but the left wing will not stay clipped on. The big hook comes off constantly but she can still play with it. She’s ok with it as long as the smaller hook doesn’t break off. I’m disappointed when I buy something and it’s defective. But she wants to keep it so I’ll contact the seller about the problem. All in all it’s a cute and fun dragon for our granddaughter.

This was a gift for my grandchild. It’s very durable, colorful and well made. It is an interactive (robotic) toy that can do many different sounds and movements based on light sensitivity, voice(sound) and/or physical contact. She loves it and plays with it often. It can be deactivated when not in use, however, if not deactivated it will act as an alarm if you make noise or change the lighting in the middle of the night. It also appears to be sensitive to air blowing on it (temperature change maybe). PROS: Overall fun, interactive robot, colorful, well made CONS: Nothing to report at this time. CAUTION: The in-house midnight snacker would like to report that it will give you quite a start in the middle of the night if it hasn’t been deactivated.

If one or both of the wings become unclipped (usually it's the second or rearmost attachment point) to fix this, reattached at both attachment points if necessary fold both back / to the inwards position until you hear a click from each one. Then tap Vulcan smartly on the head to make him mad and the wings will move forwards / outwards and flap properly. Until the next time. Wowwee make clever toy but don't change their quality control, this is a good toy and my six year old daughter loves it but the wings keep getting detached. I had a RoboSapien V2 years ago and in that case they got cheap on the wiring harness and the company they outsourced the work to put a bad insulation on all the wiring and within a couple of years it all crumbled and fell off and then the whole thing short circuited. You would think they would learn from this and pay attention to the quality and testing of their designs? Yeah, right. It's not good enough Wowwee. Stop until you can do it right.

I love it!! I had it in alarm mode, but it works great!! He can growl or purr, great dragon!! You really have to experience him!! I love his wings!! Came packaged tightly, takes alot of gentle painstakingly gentle unboxing, be careful not to damage him while cutting away all the tie downs, once he's free and powered up, he won't disappoint!!

I really liked the toy and was super fun to play with. His wings did not come broken. Except that the instructions are unclear when trying to learn the tricks he can do. When trying to get the dragon to go into guard mode be sure to clap behind the dragon! I was confused when he wouldn't respond to some of the tricks, but make sure to use drastic movements. Overall, the toy is really good!

We got this for Xmas for our son and upon taking it out of the box noted that the wings lower hooks weren't attached. We attached them and set them out for Xmas morning. Upon turning it on, again the wings became disattached. I am at my wits end trying to keep those stupid wings attached so that he can play with his dragon. I am returning it with the promise of finding a better dragon to replace it. Let the search begin...do not buy this, it is garbage and more headache than worth.

Arrived promptly, exactly as described, toy is big enough and strong enough so that my kid enjoys it a lot!
