Unavoidably fishy, but easy to swallow
These leave a minor aftertaste, but if you like nori etc, it isn't a million miles away from that and really isn't too terrible. Seems to be working wonders for my endometriosis.

Increase in energy levels
I’m almost done with this jar and noticed I’m one capsule short. I take these along side the seamoss capsules from the same supplier. I’ve noticed a slight increase in my energy levels and a fresher face appearance. Bladderwrack is known for its laxative properties but it hasn’t had that effect on me. I think I will need to continue taking these to get the full benefit as I’ve only been taking these for almost one month.

Only reason that I am giving it 3 stars is due to the fact that my stomach started hurting a lot after taking these capsules. For some of my friends it helped their digestion.

They do the job, I think, not been taking them long enough yet. There is a slight taste and they are not that easy to swallow. All that said, I would reorder.
