Will this work with Windows 10?

I cannot get the software to work with windows 10 at all. I’ve tried hooking it up to two different functional vhs players and get absolutely nothing. When I click on the online help button I get a 404 error code. Seems like a scam to me.

Not able to get this to work. I was able to download the program but there are no drivers to download on the site.

I purchased this last month and am able to convert using a free program found online called: MASSTER AVCAP (2 S's in master is correct) from a company called Masster Electronicss Co. Good luck.

Installed drivers, then software, then device. in showbiz capture...no device shows up. what should i do?

make sure cable connections are tight. Try to change the connections to the plugins to front or viceversa. Click play before capturing

How can i avoid the loud buzzing when capturing the video that isn't present when playing on a tv?

That sounds like 60 cycle hum. It could be a problem with your electricity or your audio cables, etc. You can filter it out in many audio applications. I use Izotope RX for stuff like that but there are other applications that would fix it. Good luck!
