I use this to assist with tricep dips and pull-ups. Good quality band that should last.

Excellent product!
It's a really good product. I don't normally go to the gym and I find this a really excellent alternative to tone up my muscles (I use it on a daily basis). Love the fact that I get to choose the appropriate band strength for me. (I'm currently in Band1, planning to purchase band2 soon!) It's really sturdy and well-made!Definitely recommend this to those work out novices who want to try it out. Delivery is really prompt as well. It was really worth the purchase!

Great for recovery work
I have a shoulder injury and this is of use to aid my recovery.Find somewhere secure to tie the band.Trust this as if it comes off it kicks like a donkey.Good strong product
