Got this to aid in my weight loss journey. Along with CLA, a modified diet and a little exercise, I was able to shed a lot of weight, about 3 pant sizes in a couple of months. Can't say what I should attribute it to, as the only things that really changed between my stubborn overweight stage and my healthy stage was CLA, beta glucans, and a gimmicky "night time fat burner". Either way, adding this product helped speed up the process. No side effects, good size capsules, not overpriced.
