I have used another brand of a heat resistant glove, but this one is so much better. I appreciate how in addition to heat resistance, it doesn’t make my hair staticky. Repurchased again after leaving one accidentally at my parents home.

I bought this glove to use with my flat iron, so that I could grip the barrel end how I wanted to. Yes, you can still feel some heat but it’s minimal and does not burn you. It really just feels warm. It’s a little bulky being that I have a pixie cut so it’s harder to tell if I’m gripping all of my hair but that’s minor and as time goes on, I know I’ll get used to it. My glove had no smell and no melting, as the material feels like a typical winter glove.

I got these on a whim. I saw them as I was browsing Amazon. I was surprised at how well they worked. No more burnt fingers trying to put hot rollers in my hair! Just put on the gloves and take your time getting the rollers in correctly. Also, I use it when curling my bangs with the curling iron. Easy to hand wash and lay flat to dry. Easy to care for and a good find. I'm very glad I purchased these.

Jus got my package. Okkk So this product is supposed to basically help u to avoid burning yourself while applying heated hair tools such as flat irons,curling irons,wands etc its supposed to protect ur hand from the heat ...AND THATS EXACTLY WHAT IT DOES!! Nothing bothers me more than to spend money on products jus to get excited then have to return them bc they suck & Im glad i dont have to return this item bc it does exactly what its supposed to do ....I LOVE ITTTT i tried it with a normal everyday curling iron & my instyler which gets extremely hot & it still didnt burn me. Even my bf tested it & he was like wow especially since he knows nothing about hair utensils lol bt make the purchase ppl it is well worth it i did & curling my hair is way easier now so will it really work ? Good price on this glove, but it is basically a one single winter glove as mentioned in other reviews. Because it is thick, it has good heat resistance. Has good stretch to accommodate wider hands, but finger and glove length might not work on longer hands. Because the glove is thick and there is no texture to the glove, it is impossible to grab your hair to separate strands. Very bulky and awkward to use during hair styling. After frustration with this glove, I dubiously ordered a 3-finger styling glove that was much more expensive. The 3-finger styling glove provides adequate heat protection and provides a much better grip for grabbing hair/separating strands. I would recommend a 3-finger styling glove over a regular 5-finger styling glove based upon my experience. I have reviewed the 3-finger hair glove elsewhere on Amazon.

Love these and they last a long time.

Good news that it comes in a pair (2 pcs) not like other ones. Can't say it's 100% heat resistant but still better than touching hot hair with bare hands...try you winter gloves before you purchase this item, may just be good enough if u do not use super high heat
