Tengo un problema de insomnio de que despierto y despues me cuesta mucho volver a coger el sueño, haciendo que te enfrentes al dia como un mero acto de supervivencia. Habia dejadado un antidepresivo y estaba tirando de 4 mg de melatonina sin apenas mucha mejoria... Por lo que decidi probar el 5 HTP. Tenia mis dudas por que el triptofano lo habia probado y nada. Sin embargo ya llevo dos semanas con el HTP de solgar y me esta yendo bastante mejor. Sigo descansando regular, pero por lo menos me levanto con mas energia y si me despierto por las noches me vuelvo a dormir. Como somnifero me esta funcionando muy bien! Es una buena ayuda para el sueño mejor que la melatonina en mi caso
