You can also get a low sodium blend. I have used this for about 30 years and would not be without it. You only use a tiny bit and don't have to let meat sit and marinate. Thanks** A: Dale's is the best marinade for steaks, pork chops, chicken, burgers, etc. One precaution don't marinade the meat over about 30-35 minutes, you need turn them about every 10 minutes in the sauce.. It makes the meat tastier and is easy to use. Apparently it's a somewhat local specialty down there, since you can't find it anywhere up here (and I had obviously never heard of it before). I had two $5 steaks I bought at a grocery store and offered to cook them for us, and he said we should marinate them in the Dale's seasoning for a few minutes so that I can try it.Well, needless to say, I got hooked. Almost immediately. I've been marinating all my grilling meats with Dale's and have yet to be dissappointed. I also love soy sauce, so to have a seasoning that tastes like an amped-up soy sauce marinade with great additional flavors is an A+ in my book.
