Some of the reviews say these are flimsy some say hard. How stiff are they?

I would say these are in the middle. Not really the super stiff top loaders and not the super flimsy cheapo ones either. I use them during NFL training camps to hold my cards before and after getting them signed and never had an issue with bending or damaging cards

Will they fit a standard double sleeved card?

I do not believe double sleeved will fit very well in this holder..sorry

Are these the 55pt size? Looking for a top loader for Bowmans Best thickness.

Seem to work very well with all my Tops and Bowman cards
