Got it 6 months ago and just unpack it. still got 80% battery. works right out of the box. The middle button is the on button. The only complaint is you can't charge it while listen, it create a static on the music. But for less $10, what more do you want. My 10yr old boom box is alive without plug in the 3.5mm cable. Excellent deal

So far so good, it's small but not tiny,, has button interface built in, sound quality doesn't suffer and has good range of connection distance.

Rudely, unusably, announces "LOW BATTERY" constantly once the battery level hits 30%. You cannot keep your sanity during this period. 30% is A LOT of time left. Why ruin the otherwise great product like this? The form factor is quite nice. The controls are predictable if you have any experience with other typical Bluetooth receivers. But good grief. It's annoying when the battery is at what I would call medium. Even if there was only 5% less, it shouldn't announce it very frequently. It's crazy.

Giving this 4 stars not because is great but because it costs only 10 dollars. There is a low level interference in the left ear (tested with multiple earbuds/headphones. The clip does not have a hinge so is difficult to place and rough to remove. Using this as a backup in the gym and works ok, sound quality is not the best (besides the interference), but is only 10 dollars. This is similar to the trusted Ericsson MW600, same shape and form, no screen, no FM and cheaper built qulity.

I bought this to use with a 3.5” audiojack to airtube connector so i could use an earmold earpiece to receive gps instructions while driving and not have an ear constantly blocked with a bulky bluetooth headset. Although the built in clip was perfect for placing on a collar and it has excellent volume, the bluetooth ends up disconnecting often. I my phone paired to both my cars audio system as well as this unit. Normally ill connect my car first to the phone and then whatever bluetooth Headset device i am using for gps. This normally sets it so that my headset is in use and if i turn it off it will go directly back to my cars system. With this unit it keeps switching off and making my car the primary reciever. There is also a delay when this is connected to my phone in recieveing gps instructions if the unit has been idle for awhile. This ends up making me miss turns as i don’t recieve the instructions in time. I originally selected this unit for its small size, cheap price, built in clip, and bluetooth 5.0 support. However these issues with delay and switiching from being the active device makes me not able to recommend this product until a fix of some kind is available.

So few things work like they are supposed to and like they say they will I just had to write this review. It was amazing I opened the package, turned it on, plugged it in and it started working just as promised. I was able to modernize my 2007 Honda CRV sound system to accept my Bluetooth smartphone. Will wait to see how long it lasts and how it is when it needs charging. But I had to share the excitement of something that actually works for $10.

Way more than what expected for the price . You can use in so many different ways .make any Speaker Bluetooth wireless battery lasts a long time or you took all day to cut grass when I do my landscaping business I recommend it . I had been using a similar product to this one for over a year with no problems, but I decided to upgrade as the other one was around $5. This is not a good product. The sound quality is poor when used for calls. It works okay for listening to music/other audio, but if you need to make calls with a hands-free device, look elsewhere. I also have problems connecting to BT and have to turn the device off and back on twice for it to work. Mine also fell apart within the first week of use. I was able to get it working again, but I had to go back to using the cheaper one that was better quality.
