I ordered both to see and they are the same. I would go up a size though. I am a 61/2-7 and the 7was smug and the fact that plastic isn’t forgiving the 8 was much more comfortable. This is a beautiful shoe and VERY comfortable. **Q: I wear a size nine. Do I need to order a size ten or nine?** A: Size 10. I wear a nine also. **Q: Are these shoes true to size? I usually struggle with heels because of arch support. The higher/deeper the arch the more uncomfortable the heels are for me. These are perfect! Note: For narrow feet, it does fit a tad loose in front but not significantly where noticeable or affects walking.
