Can you get a corn head to attach to this combine?

I have checked on the Bruder website for the corn header but it does not show one there. I was looking for that accessory also with no luck. Apparently Bruder only makes the grain header for this combine.

Does it have lights and sound

No lights, I was not present when my grandson “harvested” corn, so I cannot say it there is a lot of sound. I’m going to say not much because it does not require batteries
