Yes, ideal for travelling because they don't need rinsing off.

How to use it with hair? Do you need to just dry it with a towel?

For me, yes - I used it to wash both my face and hair and then, without even rinsing, I just towel-dried it. I imagine it'd be harder with long hair but, in principle, it should be possible.
