I am glad they showed the dimensions of the mini switches.
works great and good quality and price.

Be careful when soldering otherwise it's a good quality toggle switch.
Be very careful and quick with the soldering iron or you will instantly ruin the switch.

Exactly what I ordered.
I needed this switch for switching data cables for the solar BMS. works as expected, at a very reasonable price.

Above average
Definitely worth the price. Mechanical operation feels good. What I also look for in bargain priced switches like this is quality hardware. Nuts must not be sloppy and must screw onto the shaft straight. These do. The photo they supply is a bit misleading, though. It depicts epoxy sealing around the terminals. These are not epoxy sealed. The body is made of plastic, not high temp bakelite found in top tier products. If you apply too much heat for too long, the plastic will melt and the contacts will shift. You have to be quick with the soldering iron. Otherwise, these switches are perfectly adequate. The only other criticism is the washers. Super thin. Super cheap. Not needed. Throw them away.

Good switches
No complaints. They work as they should. Quality control seems good. As described.

Order the correct type
Mine is exactly what I needed and ordered. Well packaged, and fast delivery. Be careful to order correct types...SPST...SPDT...DPST...etc....as it can be confusing.

Good Feel, High Quality 4Pole Double Throw On/On Switch
4Pole Double throw On/On Switches are high quality and easy to solder wire to. The switch mechanism has a nice feel when actuated. Would recommend.

Very hard to solder unless you're prepared to deal with the low melting point
So I've used alot of similar switches over the years, and I have to say these were a roller coaster. At first, I was excited to see their apparent build quality, and their appearance, tactile feel, and sound is - chef's kiss. First one I used I soldered 20awg untinned wire to two terminals at 350C, fine tip touching both terminal and wire, flux core solder, no pause inbetween the terminals. At the end of the second, I felt the terminal just begin to squirm, which was a surprise. After a few seconds of cooling, everything felt solid. Finished circuit didn't shut off, though, and the switch tested as shorted, despite operating with normal tactile feel. While desoldering, I had the iron tip on the terminal a bit longer than before, and the terminal popped right out of the plastic. Terminals are small, barely penetrate the plastic housing, and appear to have no mechanical connection other than that small amount of low-temp thermoplastic. Next one I used as follows: 400C, pretinned and warm wire, blunt tip on wire immediately next to (but not touching) terminal, pause to cool between terminals. This and subsequent switches worked okay. Bottom line, use these only on non-critical applications, use crimp fittings or else solder with extreme care, add relief to wires to if possible, and test carefully after installation. A non-apparent failure to short is not ideal, especially if the plastic is so darn melty. 3 stars because they look and feel so good.
