Seller rectified the problem ASAP no problem. Since I had an initial issue, I waited until I used this for quite some time before giving it a thumbs up. I simply love the antique look of this lighter. It's truly unique and works well. While the butane reservoir could be larger, it's really not a problem. It's easy to refill (a standard butane system & valves - easy peasy) and lasts a reasonable amount of time. It's distinctive, fun to use, has a unique design that is a real eye catcher. I was going to make a terrible pun like "It sparks conversations" or "A hot item" or "It will light your fire", but... Oh....too late.
