I bought two of these for Alien Bees B800 lighting- and they fit and work perfectly! In the past we have used clumsy adapters with light leaks. Highly recommended!

Works as you would expect it too.

Love the sturdiness of the metal snoot. The grid is inside a sturdy metal cap with diffuser built in. Snoot clipped right into my Bowens mount securely. For the price, very pleased, however, gels are missing. I'll cut my own but I would have given 5 stars if it came as advertised.

For 12 bucks this oil really. The only thing is don't expect hard colored plastic discs to modify the colors. The are just cellophane gels cut in little circles. The up side is you can get colored gels on your own and cut them into little circles so you can get the whole rainbow of colors.

It’s a snoot for a Bowen’s mount light. It’s metal. It could double as a travel cover if the setup fit in the case that way.

I ordered this to use with my aputure 300d but then snoot mount isn’t deep enough to latch. I would not buy this particular snoot again. I’m making it work though with some gaffers tape.

Ho preso questo snoot con attacco Bowens per usare spot di luce controllati su still-life e ritratti. La costruzione in lega di alluminio è buona: leggero ma robusto, con una finitura pulita. Si monta correttamente su attacchi Bowens standard e resta ben fissato senza giochi. L’effetto luce è esattamente quello previsto: fascio stretto, concentrato e con un bordo definito, utile per creare punti luce su volto, capelli o dettagli di prodotto. La griglia a nido d’ape aggiunge un ulteriore controllo sulla direzione, anche se riduce leggermente la potenza percepita (normale per questo tipo di accessori). I filtri colorati inclusi sono un extra piacevole, utili per effetti creativi e per ambienti “studio fai-da-te”. La qualità dei gel è discreta: fanno il loro lavoro, ma conviene maneggiarli con cura perché non sono spessi come quelli professionali. Da segnalare che lo snoot produce un fascio molto focalizzato: chi cerca soft light o diffusione non è il target. Qui è tutto controllo e contrasto. Die Ware Kam dank Prime schnell an Material Aluminium Verarbeitung gut Der Aufsatz sieht hochwertig aus, aber leider ist der vordere Vorsatz in dem die Farbfilter, die Wabe gehalten werden vom Durchmesser zu groß das bedeutet wenn ich den Aufsatz nach unten neige fällt der Vorsatz ab. Ich habe mir 2 kleine Filzgleiter zurecht geschnitten und die auf den Tubus geklebt damit ändert sich der Durchmesser und der Vorsatz hält. Also für das Geld und meine Zwecke ausreichend Wegen der Passgenauigkeit ziehe ich 1 Stern ab.
