I was missing a torch in these cold, dark evenings when I need to go out and there are no lights along the river paths. (or may be I just wanted one rather than need as my wife says but boys are allowed their toys especially around Christmas :P). It came in a nice little box with the charging cable and the two way hook. I put on the hook straightaway so I can hang it next to the door and can always pick it on my way out. Features: 1. Brightness - 5/5 This torch is lightweight, light is bright and focussed and all 4 modes were impressive. 2. Powerbank - Didn't try yet 3. Battery life - Good. 4. Sturdiness - It feels sturdy 5. Build feel - It is by no means premium plastic so the handle, hook both feel a bit plastic. If it breaks despite my minimal use, I will update this review. The only slight downside is that it doesn't fit in my palm like normal torch lights. But that's not the end of the world as it has a handle. I have only ever used metal torches before. Having cancelled our Easter camping trip, our kids were really upset, so we brought the camping trip to our back yard. This light did a BRILLIANT job of helping them feel safe in the tent at night, it worked as a night light for bathroom visits, the charge stayed all night without any issues and when my husband decided to play cops and robbers a few days later, the flashing red light on this camping torch came to the rescue! Very light to carry and the hook on top makes it easy to hang. I would recommend this item for anyone looking for a camping light. Money well spent.

It's versatile in that I can use it for walking in the woods and I can also use it when we have a power cut. I will also use it for camping one day

I bought this as an inspection lamp for under my car, but this lamp is more than that. The searchlight function is an incredibly powerful torch, the beam can easily reach the bottom of my garden which is 60-70 feet away and some. The lamp function behaves like a lantern and you have several brightness levels. The lamp also runs a red lantern and a red flashing lantern, so could be used as a warning light too. It is charged by USB and takes 3.5hrs to fully charge. Additionally, you can use this as an emergency battery bank for your mobile phone, again via USB. It comes with a two way hook and you can hang it up. It is also relatively light to carry. Really impressed by its brightness. This could be easily be used for automotive, camping, caravans, fishing or hiking.

Very pleased with this torch. We use it mainly to take the dog out at night. Ours seems to have a magic battery as I've only charged it twice so far and we've had it for a couple of months now. The charge port is clear and easy to use. I've dropped it twice now onto the paved path and it never even left a mark let alone damaged it. The brightest setting is well bright. I always press the button twice to reduce the brightness a little which also saves the battery I guess. The only minor gripe is that you have to repeatedly press the power button to scroll through the various lighting options (bright/ bit dimmer/ red etc etc) to switch it off. But I wouldn't let that put you off. Takes about a second and a half. Would buy another with hesitation.

The torch was a lot smaller than I expected and a little flimsy looking but it is very bright. Ideal for taking the dogs out at night. The battery lasts a long time between charges. It does look flimsy but has survived several falls of 4-5 ft onto a tiled floor! The one thing I would say is that it does not charge on my mobile charger which is a fast samsung charger. The only way I have been able to charge it is a USB connection directly from my laptop. Thought we had broken it when it stopped working after charging from the plug in chargers and eventually stopped coming on!

Brilliant for camping. Just bought 2 of these and charged them up before we went camping for 2 nights. Having the main light is great for lighting the whole tent and then the front light when you need more focused lights e.g. walking. You can also have a softer light on the main tube light. You get a USB charging cable in the box and an attachment to hang it with. This was great for in the tent. You do have cycle through the modes to get it to turn off which might out some people off. This is very lightweight and better than a different one that I got recently that was twice the price.

Lamp was a bit smaller than expected. However compact and gives off a bright beam and bright side light. Haven't tested the battery life yet but instruction says 5 hrs. Charges via USB to phone or computer so will probably take a while ( 3.5 hrs on instruction). Product arrived in good time.
