A: The hooks are 2 3/4 inches long by 1 inch wide.  The eye hole is 1/2 inch inside diameter.

A: 1.6 lbs

**Q: Are these hooks 100% plastic or is there some sort of metal in them?**
A: All nylon. No metal.

**Q: How strong is the clip?  What is its tensile strength?**
A: It is just plastic clip so I would not risk to use it with anything that weighs more than pounds. I use the clips to secure my small waterproof box, keys, small knife when wade fishing or kayaking. They work fine with small, lightweight items.
