Nevertheless, it was great value and we decided to take a chance by treating the task more like a marathon than a sprint.PrecisionDo not drill new holes despite the perfectly valid temptation as it will have a knock on effect later. This is precision engineering and will work. Yes the holes are not always easy to locate. However, having not secured the base we were able to move things just enough to locate the screw hole. The side panels and roof needed manipulating into place although it was never far off. I did drill one hole at the rear left as I could not get the small screw to fit through the several layers. Used the existing hole although made the diameter wide enough to use one of the supplied screws and nut.TimingsI am sure there are those who could put this up in a day. Fair play! It took us around three reasonable days as we were in no rush. It is a two person job without condition. It took physical strength to sometimes locate and ensure the screw went into the correct hole and mental strength to follow the instructions as sometime confusing. A few times I would finish a stage and reexamine the instructions for the next stage. I had to undo the last stage as I didn't quite get it right. In fact, the base and four corners I initially did myself with a trusted clamp to avoid the sheet bending too far and compromising the holes just tighten with screws.Tips:1. Paperclips - locate the drill holes and suitable diameter nails (fit in holes when screwing other holes in).3. Base. I started to pin this down only to realise from the reviews the problems with holes meeting. The kit is engineered with precision. I cannot say my new concrete base is engineered with precision! I decided against pinning down to keep a degree of movement. The location of the shed should make the risk of wind conditions tipping unlikely. I still intend to pin down though for peace of mind.4. The screws are very small for hands my size. Fortunately my daughter bought me one Christmas a magnetic wrist band and able to attach many screws to. I also taped a magnet to the drill and screw driver to hold the screw while screwing in.5. Keep reading the instructions!6 Instructions - lefts and rights and locations of bars/sheets follow to the letter. Even if it seems counterintuitive!Having a base is helpful although need to supply your own platform. Good value when there is normally a premium included for adding a base. Height wise wish another foot as its a low door. Probably will seal the base to prevent rainwater coming in.P.s. almost finished. Ran out of the plastic washers. The roof apex was a little challenging to pin down. Needed reasonable length ladder. After dealing with the instructions cover to cover it turned out there was another set of instructions for the floor. Perhaps there will be a p.p.s!p.p.s Now the door entrance height is great if you are 4ft 9. I'v decided to build a brick base for the circumference of the shed to sit on which will bring it up by about another ft and remove the front door floor edging. This I will secure against the brick base once finished. I have a bag of plastic like cones and no idea what they are for. A few more washers and screws would have been helpful. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars It looks OK. *by M***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 April 2022* I ordered it and then I was given a Monday or Wednesday delivery day they only deliver to South Wales on these days well I work on a manday and Wednesday so I asked if they would deliver after 15:00 the first attempt the men clocked off at 13:00 and the 2nd attempt there was confusion at the depot.2 weeks later I spoke to a representative of the company and told them just to deliver it any which way you can to my neighbour next door which was a success.I then had a builder to build it for me he did it on his own which took him 3 days it does state 2 people to build but it is done the instructions are not the easiest to follow and there is a metal frame for flooring you will need to purchase this as well its sold separately the shed doors are on plastic runners and are not the smoothest to open and close the one big problem I have with it is the height of the shed I am about 5ft 7 in the middle of the shed it's 6ft why can't it be 6ft all around there are metal bars going either side of the shed which will hurt your head everytime you go in if you are not careful.Weatherproof I have put expanding foam around the top edge of the shed to stop the rain coming in if it's windy.Mixed feelings about this shed delivery was atrocious building the shed and design of shed could be better researched into better build and design and with a little reinforcing of the shed by MDF boards it is a sturdy waterproof structure properly and securely reinforced.If you do purchase the shed be careful as the metal can easily be dented.There are screw covers for the screws which you can attach to inside the shed so you don't catch yourself in the shed these are sharp if not sharper than the end of the screws. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars The instructions do say it will take 2 competent people 8 hours to build.
