Replacement
Purchased back in September 2023 for grandson for Christmas gift, he didn't open it until January 2024. Product had already been opened and had partially been put together no instructions....30 day return policy had expired...emailed the manufacturer...THEY WERE AMAZING!!...RUBY was on top of it quick response ...sent her photos of what we received and she was quick to replace it and followed up via email until I received the new one... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE... very pleased and thankful!

Nice build, though a bit complicated
My 8 1/2 year old usually blasts through Lego builds, this one was a bit tough for him and he needed some help building it. It took us a while which was kind of nice to draw out the project during the holidays so we broke it up a few pages a day. Nice build and he wants to spend his gift money on the other sets in the line.

Not for beginners
Took all day to put together. All technic. Didn't have the best instructions but didn't expect them to be that great for the price. It takes a master builder to put together

Quality great!
We got this for our grandson’s 7th Birthday. He spent 2 days putting it together & loved every second of it. We always enjoy our amazon purchases & getting packages in the mail & especially no shipping charges.

Not something a kid can put together, alone.
This is not a product for young children to put together on their own. However quality is good. It did not come with all the pieces to finish building. Working with customer service to get that issue fixed.

Building the dump truck
It takes a lot of patience. The instructions doesn't explain it correctly.

Great for a child that likes a little challenge
Great toy but under age 10 an adult would need to help that’s OK it’s good quality time with the child.
