I started buying the Juice Beauty shampoo and conditioner as a more natural alternative to the products sold in most stores. I was worried it wouldn't be able to detangle my longer, wavy hair but it does, in addition to smoothing the summer frizzies. It never leaves my hair feeling greasy or weighted down. The color-protector shampoo and conditioner works well and doesn't seem to strip out highlights or lowlights. It also smells great with a pleasant floral scent that isn't overly sweet or cloying. I will stay with this product as long as the company keeps making it.

Smells really good, works great, pretty bottle.

It conditions and adds shine to your hair as well as being from natural sources. I ben using it for years. I am a cosmetologist, hairdresser, and recommend it to clients.

I like this conditioner and have used it for quite a while now. It is good for color treated hair and leaves the hair very manageable but not greasy. The only complaint I have had, was one time it came in and it did not smell like the fig conditioner used to. It had a strange smell. I was kind of afraid to reorder it for fear of the same thing, but the next time I ordered it when it came in it smelled like the original Fig conditioner I was used to.

Completely disappointed with this company. This product is a hard pass for me ever again. No smell and my hair was really dry after using this.

Fantastic clean ingredients and good pricing

I loved this conditioner until it wasn’t... conditioner. The last bottle I got early in July 2020 was mislabeled or filled with the wrong product. It was definitely shampoo and not conditioner, even though the bottle clearly said conditioner (see photos). So watch out for that if you order; otherwise, this is a great product!The mislabeled bottle I last bought I had purchased sooner than needed because I thought I would run out earlier than expected. It was two days past the return window with Amazon so I contacted Juice Beauty via their website. At first they said they could not help with something not purchased directly from them. But I wrote them again, sending them these photos along, and they were kind enough to offer a replacement.If you purchase this and find it drying out your hair and creating soap suds, it may be that you didn’t get the conditioner but shampoo in your bottle as I did, because in the past this conditioner has been great on my hair. The lot number on the bottom of the bottle I got was #4L8, if that helps anyone.See the pictures for more info. Giving three stars for them having the wrong product in a bottle, the great inconvenience of it because I can’t go without conditioner at all, and the initial unwilling customer service by the product’s maker.

I love this so much and it smells amazing!I have oily, thick, wavy, dense hair.
