And it isn't added water, it's what came out of the meat during processing. My husband and I hate canned tuna, but tried this after seeing it on Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern. I'm so glad we tried it! I've been buying it by the case since. Yes it cost more than your typical canned tuna, however it is sustainably harvested. You can trace each can back to the ship that caught the tuna. It is hand packed by real people! And each can is FULL of tuna, not half full of water or oil.
