Package included: 1 x Kids smartwatch 1 x USB cable 1x User manual1x Watch screen protector Review: Phone works, but other functions, not at all. - First, I would like to say, the directions say don't turn on the watch before setting up the sim card and app. (Many times) But I did. (Went for the box before directions.) I tried factory reset and unbinding the device but to no avail. The watch works, makes phone calls, but the GPS does not work. This means no tracking, no GPS, all calls are put through and he cannot call me unless he can remember the number then dial the number (he cannot). You cannot see contacts added on the app on the watch, therefore my name or pic is not displayed when I call. It could be anyone calling my son. I assume scammers have access to the number (I will list it on Do Not Call). Because the watch and the app are not communicating (completely), there are many functions that do not work. Without all the functions (SOS, chat, GPS, picture capture) I have no choice but to call him rather than check the GPS to know where he is. The service is supposed to be for a device with low call volume, mainly functioning as a GPS. It is cheap, but you get 250 minutes, and those minutes go fast. (Anyone remember when cell phones first came out how expensive the service per minute was - or used a track phone/prepaid minute service plan. Minutes go quickly. I would love to know if I could get a sim - or use my old one still activated- from T-Mobile (T-Mobile owns SpeedTalk). Conclusion: Unless I get some help from the designer/manufacturer/product owner, the watch is only partly good. I would rate 5 stars if I could get the other functions working. Please help. There is no website, so this is the only forum I can find assistance. (There is a Q&A website page, but the same answers can be accessed from the app. P.S. (I factory reset, unbound device, and set the APN network to no avail.) Review: Great Watch. Great Price. - This little watch is great. No problems activating and getting it up and running. I purchased a speedtalk SIM card separately. I activated the speedtalk SIM card using online method. (I did need to enter the last seven digits of the desertcart order to activate it so have that number handy) It was straightforward. The SIM card was activated in minutes. I received the confirmation of activation and the phone number instantly. It also sent the info to my email for my records. Next I placed the SIM card into the watch and powered it up. After the watch connects, it asks you to download the app on your phone. Once you download the app, you simply scan the barcode on the watch and it’s linked to the app. The whole process from start to finish took 15 minutes at the most. The app is pretty cool. I have two watches for both of my kids and I can see both of their locations. I can set boundaries using GPS. There is a setting you can activate that won’t allow unknown callers to contact their number. You can use specify times during the day where the watch is disabled (eg School/bed time.) They can count their steps, set alarms, take pics and video, make telephone calls or video calls. You can set up the contacts through the app or they can dial manually. There is a setting that won’t allow the watch to be turned off. They can connect with other friends that have the same watch. For my sons, it will be great. Set up might not be as straightforward if you’re not planning on using the app on your smart phone to navigate the process. If you’re buying this as a gift, keep that in mind. I didn’t have to use the small direction booklet but I can see how it might be confusing for some. If you live in an area with bad cell connectivity, this watch might not work great. My only small complaint, there is not texting. You can use the messaging app between admin and child but that’s it. Not a deal breaker. Bottom line, great watch for a great price.

Buyer BEWARE!
This watch worked great the first day, only 3 days ago, but will no longer call anyone in the contact list nor will it allow anyone in the contact list to call through to the watch. When an attempt is made to call either way, child to parent or parent to child, there is a message that the number being called is not available. Yes it has active service, and Yes minutes are available. The app needed to run this watch is a whole other nightmare. It will allow only one administrator, which is difficult when two parents want to be able to monitor the child. When attempting to add a family member into the contacts, a message came up that the child’s watch was low in power and therefore needed to be charged. It then wants you to acknowledge that you “know” and will not save the contact in the app. Once the phone was FULLY charged, powered down and restarted, as was the iPhone being used to run this garbage app, the same message continued to generate, and wanted me to acknowledge that I knew the power was low! I knew the watch was FULLY CHARGED! Yes, the watch is connected to the internet. I am ready to box this back up and return it. Very disappointing for the poor kid that really wanted the watch for Christmas. Buy it if you want it, but be aware! Updated review: I was able to resolve the above issue by completely resetting the watch back to the factory settings. I had to bind the watch to the app again and re-enter all contacts. Not sure if others have experienced this issue, but it would appear that the phone has to stay sufficiently charged in order to avoid this situation. I am still unable to add an additional administrator. The app definitely needs some work to have the bugs fixed!

Letdown :(
We were excited that Santa brought 2 watches for my children this. All of the features were exactly what we were looking for — GPS, geofencing, messaging, calling, SOS, etc. We followed the instructions, purchased and activated the suggested SIM chip with a plan....Unfortunately, the voice / video calls works about 5% of the time and the sound is horrible (same experience on both watches and doesn’t matter if we call from the watch or to the watch). We tried different locations, all kinds of different things to troubleshoot. Unfortunately, it’s not reliable. We can’t count on 1 out o 20 calls going through. Same for messaging. Also interesting, I set up call mode (do not disturb) mode for a time — only one watch worked. The geofence altered me that my child was outside of the fence when we didn’t even leave home. When we did leave home, I also got an alert but it showed my child about 45 miles away from where we were?! The app is good, watch is nice looking, etc. Big letdown :(

Like it, except for the band falling apart
Overall, I like it. My 10yo daughter loves it, except she wishes it played music like my iPhone. LOL. This is a good idea, instead of a regular cell phone. Good features are: Leefine APP seems to work fine. Voice chat is really nice. Calling works well. Has several emojis that my daughter likes sending and receiving. Speedtalk is inexpensive. Has a camera. Has remote drop in. Tracking works good. It shows a map. Seller responds quickly to questions. The not so good: The buckle and 2 loops fell off the band, so she can’t wear the watch. I contacted the seller, and he responded quickly that they would send a new band. We still have not received it. I explained to my daughter that she needs to keep it on her wrist. She was taking it off to play the game, and use the camera. Camera quality is low, but my daughter doesn’t seem to care. She can’t text, but it’s because the screen is too small, which is understandable. I need to try the remote drop in again. It was hard to hear, but it probably depends on the background noise, and where she moves her wrist. If you care about games, there is only one, and it is a shooting game. You can’t remove or add games. I would rather there was no game, but that’s a minor annoyance. Of course, the Band could be improved, so nothing falls off, maybe attach the bands somehow. I appreciate the customer service. That can make the difference between returning and keeping it, but we still haven’t received the replacement band. I will give the watch a higher rating once that comes. For the cost, and the features it provides, I recommend it.

It’s not 4G and it does not make or receive calls
This is seriously just made in china junk. I had done homework and research and looked at the reviews. The watch is not 4G. It requires an app to be downloaded to sync everything together but the app asks for your child’s personal info, weight, height, dob, etc. Then once you follow all the instructions, the location is off (saying the company for location isn’t open right now) and even with a SIM card (even an additional bought separate) it does NOT makes calls. This watch is a scam and rip off and Amazon probably shouldn’t be selling it as it seriously discredits the Amazon name.

Just what i was looking for
I purchased a different kids smartwatch with great reviews but it was a 2G network which doesn't work in the US. So I returned it and got this one and it took me less than 5 minutes to set it up. My son is 9 and he loves it. Him calling me and texting me every 5 minutes may not be so fun after a while. haha My son is a swimmer so the waterproof function was also very important to us. You do need to buy a separate SD card. We bought the smart talk one.

Device is not online
First day using the watch and as soon as my child left home, I lost connection with the watch, all day it has been saying “Device is not online” Edit: I am editing this review because customer service has been at least trying to solve my issues, to no avail but still, at least they tried.
