Which height (0.5" or 0.75") for absolute cowitness with a vortex venom on a flat-top ar with magpul mbus gen ll sites? both answers in the reviews.

0.75" might be application specific. Not sure which. That spec didn't exist before remodel. Used to be .5" ,.83",and 1". I have used .83" UTG medium riser with TRS-25 and Magpul MBUS front/rear or MBUS rear and A2 front and it was dead nuts ABSOLUTE co-witness. The 1" high rise used for lower 1/3 co-witness.

Has any used this mini rail on a marlin22lr? Will it attach?

It is a different type of mount, but if you need it to mount a red dot on your Marlin, there are adapters and better alternatives than adapters depending on exactly what you’re trying to do. If you want to use a certain red dot with a rail mount, an $8 adapter will solidly attach it to your Marlin and solve your problem.

Will this fit with a Romeo 5 to mount in top of a side rail mount on a AK-47?

It will fit on mil-spec picatinny rail
