You can use this for the PS4, however, only the keyboard will work according to Fosman support the trackpad is not recognized by the PS4 and can only use the keyboard. It may work for some I guess, but according to the email interaction with Fosman support, the trackpad does not work with the PS4 only the keyboard. As a side note, also according to Fosman, the keyboard is not designed to work with the PS3 AT ALL so you should not buy it for that purpose as it is not designed to work with the PS3 according to support.

Yes it does work with Apple TV once you get Bluetooth paired.
