Works
I had a Philips for probably 15 years before the Batt. went bad and wouldn't hold a charge. I was just going to buy a Batt and replace it but the price of the new Batt was as expensive as this. This has some good and bad things about it. The good Inexpensive Works Easy to use and comfortable. Great battery life The Bad If your skin isn't tight this will cut the hell out of you. I use it for my neck and it will nick that. My wife uses this on her underarm and it nicks the hell out of her too. Not so bad if you keep skin tight but one mistake is all it takes Doesn't cut the tightest. Always seems to leave just a little hair in areas and I am not sure why. For what we got it for it works pretty well and is worth the money we spent.

Overall, was pretty good.
My old "downstairs" trimmer died and I needed a replacement. I was using other trimmers and after nicking a few too many times, I started searching around. I like the trimmer-foil-trimmer setup, since it's easier to get a close shave on the balls. (my replacement trimmer had swappable heads, so I would trim first, then switch to foil, and switch back if needed.) The Mangroomer was the more affordable of the trimmer-foil-trimmer models, so I ended up buying that one on sale. I would still nick my skin once in a while, but overall it did a good job. The combs stay on fine for certain lengths (lengths are hard to read though) and the trimmer could get close. I did figure out that one side of the trimmer was "nicer" than the other side, and after washing if I put it on the other way, it would nick or get caught in my skin more often. Like the corner edge of the trimmer blade would just get caught on soft skin. Eventually I did cave and bought the Norelco Bodygroom 7000 for more money. It's not as close as the Mangroomer, but I never nick myself to bleed. I think the Mangroomer was very good though.

Blade broke during use and cut my face – serious safety defect
This was a very disappointing and concerning experience. During normal use, the blade assembly broke and exposed sharp metal edges. It immediately caused cuts on my face, especially around the upper lip. I’ve attached photos showing both the injury and the broken blade. I was using it normally, without applying excessive pressure or misusing the device in any way. A grooming tool should never fail like this. This is not just a quality issue, it is a serious safety defect. The blade assembly appears to have failed due to poor construction or a manufacturing defect. After this incident, I no longer trust this product and will not use it again. This is clearly a product safety issue. The manufacturer should take responsibility and review the blade assembly design and quality control to prevent injuries like this from happening to other customers. Avoid this product if you value your safety.

Decent trimmer
This trimmer works okay. Blades feel a little dull and definitely tug on longer hair. If you’re a hairy dude like me, it’s gonna take some time and patience to be able to bring your hair down to a short and even length. Don’t use this on your balls without the lowest guard or you’ll end up as angry and the man who posted the review of him throwing the trimmer out. The best ball trimmer I’ve used is the Philips Norelco with the foil guard. Trimmer holds a good charge and the design is great.

Fits perfectly in your hand, when I go to groom below, believe it will be safe and effective
Haven’t “fully” tested the product out, but it has a nice sleek design and was safe to the touch when I tested an area. I’m very hopeful that this product will do exactly what it’s advertised to do

Didn't cut my balls...
So I was looking at some of the more expensive grooming products out there, specifically for something to mow down my groin area. Several of them referenced this inexpensive option as being just as good as the more expensive groomers out there and I figured I'd give it a try, worst case, I'd send it back. Gotta say I am really happy with it, I'm a fattish guy so depend heavily on a mirror when grooming down there and my experiences with other options have been bloody awful, literally, so may nicks on soft skin, This thing worked great, I mean you aren't going to get razor smooth, if you want that, waxing it about the only option, but if you are wanting to look neat and trim, clean and tidy so your partner isn't picking hair from their teeth, this thing is fantastic. I used it pretty aggressively and no nicks on the old testes or bloody spots on the shaft/spine, so to speak. I really couldn't be happier. Definitely worth giving a try before plunking down $100 on the other options out there. I was cautious as any man is want to be when working down there but after I got comfy with it, I really had little fear of cuts or pinches. The edge works well and didn't grab skin, like some others, and the grill covered middle was good for following up to get things pretty close. Clean up was easy, blow it off or you can remove the head and brush it out if needed. I've only used it a few times, so not sure about the longevity of the head, but it's very effective right now.

Bad experience
Works okay on puts or belly, but WILL pull hair and cut. Really hurts when that happens. If you have a preferred shaver, like with me and the Bodygroom, stick to it. It's not worth saving the extra money over groin pain.
