Yes, the capsules are large but they are tolerable and Omega3 is really important. These have no taste or blow back that I've ever experienced. I had been taking high quality liquid-yet-tasty Omega3 oils but I prefer these capsules. I take 2-3 daily, per my awesome naturopath's suggestion. They are kinda hard to find so I was thrilled to find them on Amazon.

These arrived well sealed with a long expiration date, and overall they seem like a solid supplement. The manufacturer claims fish burps aren’t an issue, but I’ve still experienced them almost daily. Maybe it matters what else you put in your stomach along with them, I usually skip breakfast, so it’s a latter and these. As with any supplement, it’s hard to independently verify quality, so I’m trusting the label for now.
