How much exactly do you squeeze onto the tray?

If I use the tray, I squeeze a bit into the tray and then use a Q-tip to spread it around. I don't know how much, just enough to cover my teeth when I put the tray in.

If you leave it longer than 5 minutes will it whiten my teeth faster?

I've left it on longer than 5 min (lost track of time), but I really didn't see a change in the speed/quickness of whitening.

Can you boil the tray to clean it, or will it melt?

It should be ok to boil in water. The mouthpiece is a heavy plastic rubber.

What is the expiration date?
