Highly recommend their service. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Almost perfect! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 July 2020* Love this mirror, could do easily have been 5 stars?Spent ages looking for some instructions, how to set the clock, how to dim the light, where to drill the holes to mount it!!It’s not obvious but on the back of the mirror is a QR code to scan which takes you to all the instruction manuals!Great, but you need a smart phone!And once the mirror is mounted you will need to take it down to scan the code to remember how to adjust the clock!Not perfect!The fixings are not the best, I had to buy new plugs and modify the screws it came with, they are 135mm long!The wall I mounted it to is 100mm thick!!They should provide you with fittings for solid and hollow walls!And finally the electric cable is only about 150mm long, so I had to go buy some cable so that it would reach a power source!But once fitted and all the issues overcome it is an amazing mirror! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Superb Customer Service *by D***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 November 2020* I ordered this mirror back in July, but due to COVID didn't get around to installing it until late November. With hindsight I should have opened the package on receipt, but at the time I thought it would be better to leave it in the packaging to keep it safe. Unfortunately when I opened it, nearly 5 months later the mirror was broken in several places. I contacted Foram and asked if they would be willing to replace it even though it was quite q while since the original order. Thy had very few questions, just asking for was a picture of the mirror, and within 2 days they had approved my refund. Couldn't have asked for more.
