The best part are the swivel clips which prevent any twisting of the bag or the main strap. The only improvement would've been to have credit card slots in the bag. Some reviews seem to state that older versions of the bag had these. But the small pocket is useful to hold change. Purchase this bag if you want a hands-free bag to safely pocket your phone and essentials.

Would almost give it 5 stars but I think I would have preferred the bigger version as this does not hold as much as I had hoped and it is wearing out in spots where it rubs against the cash register of the store I work in. Love the practical function of this still cute and stylish bag. The best part are the swivel clips which prevent any twisting of the bag or the main strap.
