As someone who hates the heat of summer and cannot sleep in it either I thought I'd give these a go , and they've definitely helped. They're nice and compact , not in any way uncomfortable to use , and my personal choice is one on my pillow and one under my back and omg its so nice feeling that cold , and cold that lasts without any watery residue outside. Be advised that it says on the packaging theres no need to refrigerate , but I tried that and the pad actually only stayed cold about maybe 40mins and then the outside felt warm , maybe with the humidity and heat of summer indoors ? , whereas I put the 2 pads in the fridge for 2hrs before bed and they last alot longer , so I would advise refrigerating them rather than not , but dont put in a chest freezer or the gel inside will freeze , although it'll stay colder even longer like that. Definitely a good purchase and worth having for heat relief at night or watching tv.

They are perfect, no refrigeration required as soon as you put it in the pillowcase it soothes headaches instantly would recommend

Bought these for all of my family during a heatwave. They are so effective at cooling you down. I have one on my pillow and one under my back. They do warm up through the night but I find if you move it away for a while it will cool down and you can use it again for some more cooling. They are quite soft due to the gel inside. The size is good, suiteable for adults. My friend uses one for her dog too so they are very versatile!

Worked for 10 minutes then just started to warm up as I thought it would. Gone back to fan blowing on my head. Found inside pillowcase heated up fast to head temperature outside pillow case took about 10 minutes but I also found it uncomfortable outside pillowcase. I didn't try it in the fridge because it would still heat up and wouldn't be cold in deep sleep when I need it most when my head would heat up

I don't ont usually leave reviews but this is so good that I feel I need to tell everyone ha. Absolute game changer. I've found the longer its in the fridge, the longer it stays cold. I put these either on top of, or inside of, my pillow cases and I've noticed such a difference with my sleep. They're also useful on hot days, I just sit with one on my back and one on my legs or front - really works with calling me down. Highly recommend.

I am perimenapausal . I put one in the fridge and one in the freezer. It’s goes very stiff in the freezer but I put this on my pillow before I get into bed. I then pop it on the floor or underneath my pillow to use through the night if needed. It stays semi frozen all night. Definitely helps but I find I can’t sleep on either one all night as I get neck ache from my pillow not supporting as much as without it.

not useful at all, extremely uncomfortable when lying on them and they kept folding

For me, within just a couple minutes the beeds are not just "not cool" but are hot. There's two pads so sure you coule keep moving your head around and flipping the pillow but then exactly what are these accomplishing over just resting directly on the pillow?
