Decent candles, bought these for my 2 year old daugheter birthday cake as she loves cats

Melted onto the cake...
These were very pretty-looking candles. I bought two packs of them for my cat-mad daughter's birthday cake. However, as soon as they were lit, they burned very quickly and the wax was so thick that it melted onto the icing. In retrospect, I should probably have used candle holders, instead of putting them straight into the cake, but even so, I'm not sure this would have made much of a difference... I think it's probably true to say that these are beautiful candles, right until the moment you light them... I had to hurry my daughter to blow them out before the top of the cake was completely covered in wax! For this price, I expected more.

These candles look great but unfortunately the wick was so short that they go out very quickly before you can get others to light, very disappointed
