Great product
I love this pasta. It cooks in 3 to 4 minutes. Much thinner than Angel hair pasta. I use it as spaghetti. Good texture and taste.

Great quality product!
I was happy to find these on Amazon.com. My family has been enjoying these noodles since I was a toddler… strongly recommend these noodles if you want an authentic experience - Yum!!! Note… forget Top Ramen… these are the real deal. Just buy some nice broth, toss in green onions, some veggies, boil the noodles briefly and you’re in business!

These are delicious!
These are delicious! No more regular Ramen noodles for me. I really like the fact that they are thin and cook fast. Please note that these do not come with seasonings. You have to add your own. I use chicken bouillon powder and they come out great. These are a must have, must buy!

SOMEN NOODLES
I liked the value of the price for this item. I used to be able to get it at my local grocery stores, but they stopped selling it. Glad to have found this site. I used it for a cold somen salad, but I am planning to use it in a hot noodle soup also.

Disgustingly Delicious & Easy
I tried these a few months ago and now refuse to run out. I am big on Asian cooking so these go with pretty much most of what I cook. Then I used them with tomato based sauce and meatballs....SO much better than whole wheat spaghetti....SO MUCH!!! AND.....ready in 3 minutes after water boils....*licks chops*

Excellent Price ($5.70), Thinner Than Udon or Ramen Noodles. Similar Taste To Ramen
For a long time on Amazon I'd buy the J-Basket Ramen noodles but the price kept going up and up and up. Then I switched to Udon noodles and the same thing happened. I decided to give these Somen noodles a try. These are much thinner than either the Udon or Ramen noodles but have a taste similar to the J-Basket Ramen noodles. In the photos you can see the difference in thickness between the Somen noodles (with the black band and the Udon noodles (with the lighter band). The last photo is of the Somen noodles cooked. Overall I like the Ramen and Udon noodles better than these but the Somen noodles are sooooooo much cheaper than I'll go with the Somen noodles for now.

Simple ingredients
Simple quick fix for noodle heads. Boil for 3 minutes strain add seasoning done. Delicious.
