These ice packs are wonderful! I have tennis elbow, Lyme disease/chronic inflammation. They are very cold so you must wear a thin long sleeve shirt under them or use a thin towel like a flour sack towel under them, otherwise they burn/freeze your skin. I’d say the coldness lasts around 20 minutes, which is the longest you should be using an ice pack at a time anyway. Do they help my inflammation? A small amount. But that isn’t due to lack of quality, it’s just that I have really bad joints. I like that it’s soft and I can also use it on the back of my neck and on my shoulders, or anything else that hurts. I’m very petite, 5 feet 110 pounds, very skinny arms and the size smalls fits perfectly. Also, my son who weighs 215 and is almost 6 feet tall was able to pull one onto his arm, although that would probably stretch them out, so someone of that stature would want a larger size, just pointing out that they do stretch well. No issues with leaking. I keep them in the slider bags they came in when I put them in the freezer, just to keep them clean.

This works really well. My husband needed the large/extra large. It stretches well and the cold holds for a decent amount of time. Great product.

I love this cooling sleeve for my arm pain focusing more on my forearms than my elbow. I'm a software engineer for my job and then a knitter in my spare time, so my hands and arms get fairly worn out during the course of a normal day. This sleeve does wonders for helping with occasional pain due to use from either of these activities, or just daily life. I'm so glad I ordered the child's size as well--it's the perfect fit for my smaller wrists (I can wear children's watches) without being either too loose or too tight. My boyfriend can also fit it on his forearm, and I'd say he has a more "normally" sized adult arm. There's this lovely piece in the sleeve that doesn't have gel inside it and stretches to accommodate whatever size you are. I'd say anyone with jacked forearms wouldn't fit, but most small or normal sized adults could use this for forearm pain. I don't notice that it lost temperature any faster than I would have liked, it seemed to get very cold and maintained that temperature for about 20 minutes before I couldn't stand it anymore. Fully recommend!

The coldness doesn’t last very long but it does make my elbow fell a little better. The small medium is almost too small for my little arms so I advise getting the larger option. The materials it is made from is tick and a high quality. It’s easy to use. Just slip the wrap on your arm and it fits snuggly. It feels supportive but on a little.

I love love love this sling, I bought two, used then after my knee replacement for about 6 months, I could wear them under clothes not bulky, 2 was the perfect amount so I could switch, easy to get on and off, I'd sleep with it, was easy to slide off with my other foot, if you use them for after surgery I'd go up one size, I bought a medium and a small, as swelling goes down they will slide down the knee walking if not tight enough, the tighter actually felt really good about 3 months to wear walking under clothes, gives you cushioning also

Initially, this seemed like a great product. I purchased the correct size for my arm. When it hits 10-15 minutes, it starts getting warm very quickly. I'd like to see that increased to 20 minutes. Also, after repeated use, it stretches and starts sliding down your arm. It's a great concept, but it needs some tweaking. I'm a guy and ordered one step up from the smallest size. If I would have known this, I would have purchased a small.

Amazing! My elbow needed it so much. And you can use it cold or more warm. I only use it cold. Very good price. Very soft and adapts to the arm without any issues. It stretches on account of your movements so you can do your thing.
