Can be used for the 7.4l 454ci with the 7.4l base gasket.

Will still need to purchase the fuel inlet/outlet O-rings and the fuel pressure regulator spring (hard to find one that ships to Cali). The kit comes with two long bolts to retain and compress the spring down to where regular length bolts can be installed.
