They were very easy to work with, and sent me the bottom replacement kit for a new motor not too long after I had bought this item. It was a brand-new motor they sent, and has worked well ever since! **Q: Is this glass?** A: no its plastic tube, now the top part is glass. ! I got two of them but there a flaw. After a period in time, maybe one month the Blue LED burns out. only leaving the red and Yellow led working. Its a engineer design fault not the vendor fault. I would suspect its electrical, Vendor did send me replacement but they go out in a period of time also. Other then that it works fine, look fine.
