Is it comfortable to sleep on your side using this pillow?

I have not been able to get comfortable on this pillow. I am a side sleeper but did not sleep much. I tried for a week but am not using it anymore.

Question 2

I am 6' tall and weight 280 lbs. I'm concerned that this pillow will not be supportive enough for a heavy guy like me. Any other "big" folks use this?

I'm 6'1" and 350 lbs. Not a bad wedge but I need to find a bigger one, all around. I like the wedge to start just at my lower back and it is too short for me. So I have to put a pillow vertical between the wall/headboard and the wedge and then rest a bed pillow on that to hold up my head. Also I found that the pillow flattens too much for me, so I have ended up putting a pillow under the wedge to make it incline a little more. Lastly, it is not wide enough to support my arms as much as I would like. I'm now thinking about buying the Avana Slant Bed Wedge or maybe other brands I have found.

How is the 7.5" compared to the 12"? Did anyone bought two to try?

12 is too steep. 7.5 is perfect and not much sliding

Are there replacement pillow covers available?

When i got this pillow i realized that was going to be an issue so i cut up an old sheet and made a couple of squares large enough to cover the sleeping side and tuck in all around. Works all right considering i didn't sew them and keeps the surface clean. i haven't contacted InteVision but i imagine they sell replacement covers.
