I was impressed with the quality of the tools to help take the phone apart, the packaging and the instructions although printed small (so are the parts you need to move) were spot on. It's not a job for someone with aging eyes and it gave me a migraine but I managed to take the phone apart and put back together without too much swearing. Take your time pulling out all of the adhesive that sticks the battery to the case. I tried to lever the battery out before completing and that just doesn't work. Also be careful when re-attaching the ribbon cables. First time I did it one wasn't in properly but the iPhone to it's credit just popped up a warning and started anyway (was the screen touch censor). I will update if I have any issues with the battery but so far certainly better than the old one which wasn't holding charge at all. The magnetised tools were good to a point, especially in removing the screws but a hinderance when trying to fit the smallest of them back in.
