What distance is needed between trees or posts? How high should it hang? How should I lie in it?

2 trees or posts ideal distance: 3-5m; Centre 20-30 cm off the ground when sat in. Adjustable straps let you fine-tune height and tension. For a flatter, comfortablelie lie, lie diagonally, or use a pillow to spread the fabric, reduce cocoon effect.

What weight can it hold? Is it safe for two people?

Yes, it safely holds 1-2 adults. Supports up to 300kg static load - the weight when sitting or lying still. Use it for relaxation and gentle rocking only. Vigorous swinging puts higher dynamic force on the fabric and straps, causing faster wear.

Will it fit my existing hammock stand? I need a replacement.

Our hammock comes in three length: 270cm, 300cm, and 340cm. For a replacement, please measure the hook-to-hook distance of your stand. The 270cm fits stands 270-290cm, the 300cm fits 300-330cm, and the 340cm fits 340-370cm.

Is it comfortable? Is the fabric soft? Why not 100% cotton?

The tightly-woven cotton-polyester blend is soft, breathable, and skin-friendly. The blend adds durability and shape retention that pure cotton lacks. No unpleasant odor, resistant to pilling. Suitable for reading, napping, or lounging.

Can it be left outside? Will it get damaged in the rain?

Yes, it's designed for outdoor use. In summer, it can stay outside during the day. To extend its lifespan, keep it dry and bring it indoor during wet weather — dew, damp, and rain can gradually wear the fabric over time.
