What’s the difference between the large and medium options? The descriptions are unclear.

Difference on size for cups. Large one is for cups with cup diameter 2.95-3.54 inches. Medium one is for cup diameter 1.96-2.95 inches.

I bought a Large and I use 9oz paper cups I adjusted the claws and still more than one come out every time is it bad?

Easy tp prevent. Push the cup back then toward you while gently pulling down.

How to avoid pulling out multiple cups at once

Great question. We gave up on trying to get just one cup. Now we just pull the cup, and if more than one comes out, we just drop the extras back in the top of the dispenser.

No, we don't sell 12-16 oz coffee cup dispensers. But you can measure the top diameter of cup, if it less than 3.5 inch you can use the 7-12oz cup dispenser we sell.
