IDK, maybe I'm just a vicious sadist, but I thought they didn't burn hot enough.Will only produce a very mild stinging sensation unless you burn a handful at once, and even then they aren't really painful enough. I could tell because my girlfriend was crying mercy and trying to get away.

These aren't low temperature in the sense of wax dripping off at a lower temperature. They are just as hot as generic paraffin wax taper candles. Calling these "low temperature" is very misleading. The wick gets this wax just as hot as any other wax. The wax is easier to clean as it won't fully solidify at body temperature and comes off in the shower/laundry. Long story short, these are nice if you need easy clean up, but the lack of solidifying was a downside, and regular paraffin wax is easier to handle.
