Re-drill to 20mm. Centre of this hole drill into main box 6mm hole. 6mm x 25mm bolt with eyelet, 2x nuts/washers/spring washers. From outside box bolt/nut/spring washer/washer. Inside opposite format. Tighten. If measurements good. Flap when locked in will go over eyelet, now a loop for a padlock. Walla !!!! Good luck.
