This modifier is one of them. The magnetic attachment is incredibly convenient and easy. I don't know why this hasn't been done sooner and across brands. It is super awesome. This dork modifies the light just right. Nice and soft. When I go to a shoot where I know I will be using it I just leave it on both flashes and have yet to have one fall off or become misaligned on the body of the flash. Really terrific addiction.
