For what it's worth.....I've never met anybody that drinks their coffee in 6 oz portions. Lol.... **Q: Is this shade-grown?** A: Our Early Bird Coffee is certified Smithsonian Bird Friendly. Currently, Early Bird is the only one with that certification in our lineup. However, we do adhere to strict sourcing methods and practices from farms that are dedicated to environmental stewardship. But it was time to ditch the chemicals so I gave it a shot. I found the French Roast to be flavorful and super smooth. I honestly was amazed at how great it was.
