I did get the lime green color, though, so this might not be the case for darker colors like navy or black. The case fits great on the phone, with the buttons clicking nicely. The metal frame itself feels high quality and very similar to the phone itself, which is a huge plus. Others had signal problems because of the frame, but I did not notice it often. If it did happen, it took away one bar at the most. The headphone jack cutout was too small for my aux cable, so it might be too small for some headphones, too. The case looks great, and the 'TPU' protected it very well, but is easily scratched. Better it than the phone, though!At first, I was simply going to trade in my lime case for a darker color so it wouldn't change to a gross brown color (which started to show after about 2 weeks) so I took it off and put on an old, temporary case my friend gave me. Right away, I realized it was a lot more comfortable to hold than the ESR case. As a girl, I already find the iPhone 6 a bit big for my hands personally, but this case makes it even harder to use one-handed. The main problem is the fact that the bumper squares off the back instead of curves with the phone and your hand. The photos show how much bulk it will add and how it compares to the other two-piece case I have. Install was easy, nice and snug. Fits well, looks nice, has a decent lip at the edge of the screen, but not too much as to make the phone feel much thicker; it still feels the same in my pockets. I've noticed no change in signal strength, WIFI or LTE, due to the metal frame.The reason I'm giving it 4 stars rather than 5 is because while I like the looks of the TPU soft bumper/case, it is fairly slick in the hand (would prefer if it were a bit tackier). It is more slippery than my last case, so much so that when taking it out of my back pocket today to get into my car, I accidentally dropped my phone onto my concrete garage floor. It hit on the upper left corner then fell face down... You know my heart-sinking feeling as I bent to pick it up. HOWEVER, much to my relief, no damage was done to my phone and the corner of the metal frame has but a tiny scratch on it. Whew! I credit the case for much of the save, though I also have a ballistic glass screen protector, which I will never be without. I am constantly dropping my phone, but the silicon case absorbs the shock while the aluminum protects it. However, the aluminum case bends easily. This is my second case--the first one was dropped too many times and got bent out of shape. On the left side where the volume buttons are, the aluminum stuck way out from the rest of the phone case. But they're reasonably priced for me, so I can replace them. If you're looking for an investment piece (but who is, really?) this isn't your guy.
