The salt crystals are big-ish and crunchy, but just about the right amount. The caramel, well, is the only slight disappointment and I do mean slight. I love the flavor! My only wish is that it was a bit more firm. Not a lot,mind you. Not like a Sugar Daddy. Perhaps about 1/3 of the way to that or maybe 1/4, but no more than that. They are a tad pricey, but I wouldn't buy them again if they weren't worth it. And they would make a great gift... unless you eat them all before hand...
